We happily were going to buy a car from this dealership until we found out that the $1500 "downpayment" was only to hold the car. After getting insurance, we were told we had to pay an additional $2000 to take it off the lot! We were going to pay $300 monthly. I guess bait and switch is their mode of operations.

Hi Lew, I noticed you respond to your reviews. I purchased a car from you on 8/5/26, which was test drived for no more than 10 minutes. I still purchased the car because everything seemed ok. When I drove the car back home, which is about a 30 minute drive I noticed the car was making strange, popping noises, and jolts everytime it shifts. I bought a 2013 gmc terrain from them on Jan 7,2026 I told them the first day it had a smell coming from it and it needed a replace of the back driver door he said no problem. He was nice until Lou got his money and Carl is the best worker there. So I bought the car and we made an appointment for the following week. I called Lou and told him something was wrong with the car a week later and he said bring it back but he will fix when he has time.
