Beautiful place to vist & vacation if you're looking to get away from technology which we were just loved it
In the many years our family has visited there the park employees and management have always been so informative and helpful . We took our son there so many times that he proposed to his fiancé at Bald Rock at sunset .He told me the view was one of his memories. The park has made many improvements because of Amendment 2 . They will continue to improve a great treasure for us all .But with all these improvements...Nature doesn’t always comply with our ideas.
Our first time here camping from Slidell, Louisiana! Beautiful park, beautiful scenery, well maintained and friendly staff! Ate at the restaurant one night, great food! Best cornbread I have ever eaten! Recipe, please! We will definitely be back!
Scenery was breath taking, hike was enjoyable. Time spent with my husband as we enjoyed this venture was priceless!!! Go reconnect at Cheaha!

The park is beautiful. Campground was well maintained and staff were extremely helpful. We will definitely come back in the spring to camp again. Bathhouses were spotless. We stayed in the lower campground but will give the upper campground a try next time.
