I or my family will not be coming back to alabama state parks due too what you did to to your vip couple i have seen all the emails and text from them that they are right and you guys are so worng. Shame on you all for what yall did to them . praying they find a park that really appreciates them.
Recommendedthe hiking trails , they're out of this world!!! You have a lake to cool off in or a swimming pool !! Never will you find such beautiful views !!!

I loved Paint & Ponder tonight!!! Everything was perfect ... from our instructors, the food, wine, sunset & the weather... definitely something I would do again!!
Beautiful mountains and park. Great food at the restaurant. We enjoyed the camping, kayaking, and the surroundings.
First time here and we loved it.. Everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I was very impressed with how clean the showers and restrooms are. Thank you guys! We will definitely be back sooner than later. �
Dirty
This place is nothing short of amazing. The staff were a friendly bunch of folks, the food was great, and the view from both dining room and hotel room were awesome. I will most definitely be back!
Let me start this review by stating that I am a very proud Alabamian. I started my recent month-long RV trip by camping at one Alabama State Park, DeSoto Falls State Park, And ending my trip at another Cheaha State park. I’ve passed through 10 different states and stayed at least six different State and county RV parks, and two of the parks twice. Without a doubt, The worst park was the Alabama Cheehaw State Park.
