Chaya Beverly Hills I've been to this location several times and have always had a great experience. I'm surprised to hear people say they didn't like the food. I've been to many great sushi restaurants and thought the food was comparable. We had great service, delicious wine, sushi and an amazing wagyu steak. The atmosphere is beautiful. Great place to bring out-of-towners!
First Time This was my first time having Sushi and I was not pleased with it. I have heard some good things about Sushi, but I don't think this was the place for first timers.
Great decor, but prices high for the amount of food.
Where's the beef?! I dined here a couple of years ago during the dineLA week. I went with the short rib entree which was incredibly tender. I was a bit annoyed with the restaurant because when we were ready to order, we were told the short rib entree that was part of their pre-fixed menu was not being served that night. The only reason that we went there was because of the short ribs. The manager was nice enough to come over to apologize but said he could only make one short rib entree.
