Dr. Jung is lovely. BUT getting a hold of anyone or getting them to call you back in a timely manner is extremely difficult. They would then tell me "We did call you back and left a voicemail." And there would never be a missed call or voicemail. So, WHEN we are able to talk to Dr. Jung or a nurse, it's been fine, but the communication and organization of this office needs a lot of work.
