If I would have known how slow the staff would take to get the short term disability forms filled out I would not have used this place. Lincoln Financial sent the forms to fill out on the 27th of October and today is 11 November and nothing is filled out. Because of Chattanooga Orthopedic Group I have no income coming in. Wish I could give zero stars. A two hour wait for an early morning appointment is just ridiculous. I’ll go elsewhere.

First off, I’d like to say that both myself and my daughter were patients at this facility. The doctors and nurses were always kind and provided great treatment and care. However, due to a clerical error by another staff member, I was charged $75 for my daughter missing an appointment. I called to cancel the appointment, but the staff never cancelled it and never entered my call into the notes. Which caused me to be charged the $75 fee.
