I've been going to Dr. Kerley for about 10 years and I have always had amazing care. The office staff is incredibly nice. I've never felt rushed at my appointments. They really care about their patients. Love them!
I always feel like I'm coming home, no matter how long it's been since my last visit! Dr. Kerley knows how to speak a woman's language and knows exactly how to to make such a uncomfortable procedure into nothing. Also, did I mention how OUTSTANDING his office staff/nurses are? If you are looking for a new ob/gyn look no further. I am so glad I made my appointment at the Lee Highway location. The office is very clean and everyone is super friendly. I look forward to my next appointment.
New Patient Appointment today. I dread the "annual pap smear appointment" each and every year, but the warm and calming bedside manner of Dr. Kerley and his staff made the visit seamless.. Check-in was fast and easy, very little wait time, and the doctor walked in minutes after the nurse had me and the room ready. They were friendly and very knowledgeable. Today was my first visit but they made me feel like an old friend. BTW - the office is immaculate!
It's amazing how Dr. Kerley and his staff can make an other wise unpleasant experience turn into a kind and pleasant visit. Thank you Chattanooga OBGYN Group. I highly recommend them.
