This is my first pregnancy so I’m new to everything my body is doing and I woke this morning and ended up calling in...nurse got back to me with in the hour and had me come in. I didn’t see my regular physician but I saw Meg and was super pleased with my experience! I love this place!

I love Dr Goudelocke and I usually see him at Erlanger but this was the first time in Hixson and he is wonderful but his nursing staff in Hixson, they are so much nicer than the ones at the hospital. I will only go to Hixson from now on....

The doctors are fantastic. However the wait times to be seen are far beyond why any normal person would consider acceptable. For a spine clinic, it's insane to expect patients to sit for over 2 hours after their scheduled appointment time to be seen. This is not a one-off incident, it has happened consistently every time we have had to come here. The care from the physicians is great, but the time spent sitting in those uncomfortable chairs is just too much.
