Chattanooga Neurosurgery and Spine has a excellent team of Neurosurgeon. The PA's and all other medical staff are very skilled and trained. They really help you understand what your going through. We were in and out in no time. No long wait to in the lobby
The doctors are fantastic. However the wait times to be seen are far beyond why any normal person would consider acceptable. For a spine clinic, it's insane to expect patients to sit for over 2 hours after their scheduled appointment time to be seen. This is not a one-off incident, it has happened consistently every time we have had to come here. The care from the physicians is great, but the time spent sitting in those uncomfortable chairs is just too much.
Absolutely worse experience- ever! They called the house at 7:30 a.m. telling my grandmother that she needed to come in and discuss the results of her mri as soon as possible; only for use to drive near 70 miles to tell us that they do not except her insurance. For them to act as if the results are dire they lack the empathy to settle her nerves. Now- because of their error- she is left not knowing the diagnosis until she can be seen by another clinic.
