I really like Dr Hoffman but the front desk big 0 I was left in waiting room 1.5 hrs and worst yet they didn't even register me in. The PA that saw me started off with"nothing like thinking you were done and find out there's a pt left to be seen." I called 3 days ago with return back pain asking for prednisone and 3 days later no response. Called again and was told they have 500 calls to go thru and you are 1 of 500.
The Dr was able to help me very quickly, I had daily head aches. And after just two visits I got a 75% improvement. Friendly and helpful staff. Very happy :)
Dr. Han was the first of many Neurologists who actually cares about treating my migraines and not pushing whatever new medicines are out there. I am finally feeling hopeful after years of dealing with chronic migraines, that I will be able to beat them back enough to have a life again!!
