HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE STAFF AND MANAGER! I'm posting screenshots of the voicemails from this experience. This office blew up my phone to confirm my appointment. I spoke with someone named Victoria and Jasmin telling her that I don't normally do morning appointments and asked if she had anything later as I work overnight shifts. She explained to me that she did not and that I would need to call to cancel once I spoke to my boss if I wasn't able to make it. First time having a Neurologist I highly recommend Dr. Charles Roark very friendly staff
I was very disappointed with the staff here, namely the office manager. While the doctor knows his stuff, the manager, when she feels disturbed, enters the scene like a raging rhino and diminishes everyone in her path. In a field where many patients are in constant suffering or their families in paralyzing fear, to have such a crass, unprofessional, unkempt person in charge of patient liaison makes the entire practice look awful.
The front desk staff was rude and dismissive to my elderly father-in-law.
