Great group of doctors, especially our doctor, Steve Dowlen. They have been taking care of our family for years and years and they are wonderful. I do have one issue though. The new Patient Portal that we have all been asked to use is not working very well right now. We are told to use the mail options primarily for sending requests like referrals or RXs etc. and the outgoing mail is not working at all. We are basically cut off from being able to communicate with them through the portal. PLEASE get it fixed!
