I went for HIDA scan, technician took his mask off because he, "couldn't hear himself talk", I could hear him just fine. During the scan, he made, in my opinion, a juvenile attempt at having me remark on his physical appearance. (I was not there to boost his self confidence and quite frankly, was in pain and not in the mood for chit chat.) RecommendedI have always had a great experience here, but today was exceptional. My imaging test was a MRI and the techs Melanie and Nakia were absolutely wonderful. They were professional, but they exhibited kindness and care towards me. It was obvious they were concerned about me and that I understood the procedure perfectly. This visit made my day! I walked in dreading it, but left being very appreciative of how I was treated. The front desk ladies were also patient and kind.

I was due a refund on a proceedure. It's already been 14 days & was just told it could be another 14 days. It took them a matter of seconds to take the money. It should not take me nearly a month to get my money back!

Stay Away from this business. Their office screwed up the billing on my child's imaging. They misquote with insurance, and then state it's an estimate. That means they can levy any amount on the back end of the charges and screw you over. Go elsewhere, but not here.
RecommendedMy kiddo came in for a x-ray after a sports injury. Very caring staff and was taken right back. Got results from her doctor very quickly. Great facility!
