I have had nothing but positive experiences at Chattanooga DBT. From the skills group to individual therapy; it has been quite a journey. Sara Jane is an incredible therapist. She is kind, patient, and remembers everything. She is funny at all the right times and quiet when it's time to listen. She is everything I was hoping for in a therapist. I look forward to our sessions.
If I could give no stars I would. This is long so if you dont read anything but this please understand that she asks students to write good Google reviews for her. I heard her ask this of students finishing the class multiple times. Not a professional sign if you are begging for good reviews. My experience with this program was a few months ago, but it was a terrible experience all around. This program is an absolute scam. When I first met Adrienne and signed the waiver/disclaimer/whatever you call it, she rushed me through and encouraged me to hurry and sign it instead of reading it through like I normally do.
