Absolutely worse experience- ever! They called the house at 7:30 a.m. telling my grandmother that she needed to come in and discuss the results of her mri as soon as possible; only for use to drive near 70 miles to tell us that they do not except her insurance. For them to act as if the results are dire they lack the empathy to settle her nerves. Now- because of their error- she is left not knowing the diagnosis until she can be seen by another clinic. The people are really nice and I had a wonderful experience considering the fact I had to have surgery.
This place is bulshit, a fuckiny trash excuse for a medical facility. The doctor was on the refer to physical therapy''s dick and I finally went just so he would start to treat me, and then after $900 of out of pocket co-pays, I went to see him and he said OK let's see you again in 3 months, and then I was discharge while trying to make an appoint for the next week because fuck waiting 3 mnths.
