Moved in about 8 weeks ago. We wanted this location, close to family and numerous businesses. Easy access to the Monon or the Fall Creek Parkway trail. The maintenance crew here is number one. They do so much work as this complex was built in the late 60's. Some of the apartments are stuck in the 70's with kitchen and bathroom. When we moved in all new carpet, new paint and very clean. We are happy with our chose and hope Barrett & Stokely continue to put money in the apartment buildings as they are getting older.
If you are looking for place to move Chateau De Ville is NOT the place to move. Don't be fooled by the model they show you. Yes the apartment is very out dated. I moved into a 3bedroom less than 24hrs my family n I was bite by fleas! (Never in my life own a pet) I contact them the next day to report the problem and it took them 1week to send the company to spray. In the meantime my had over 25 bites per person. I contact corporate because I had a 2month old who was also bite and she informed me there's nothing she can do. S... read more
