Buyer beware; I would stay far away from this company. They will sell you a "5-year extended warranty," only to tell you later that the warranty only applies from the date you closed escrow. We purchased the "5-year extended warranty" two years after we bought our house based on the recommendation of the technician who came out to our house for an unrelated repair. At 3 years and 5 months after we purchased the warranty, we were told the "5-year extended warranty" had expired and they would not honor it. This company's bus... read more

They installed a new AC system for me about a year ago. No problems with that. The other day my AC stopped working. I did some trouble shooting and discovered the Drain Alert safety switch was full of water so had shut off. The other thing I discovered is that that plastic housing holding that switch in place was broken. I don't know when it was broken but since nobody touches the AC unit in it's enclosed closet I'd guess it's always been broken, but I don't know for sure. Terrible communication and quality of service. I have been stuck with this company as my builder does their warranty through them. They stranded a pregnant woman and 1 year old baby in 100 degree weather for 48 hours. I am stuck with them but would recommend NO ONE EVER CHOOSES THEM!

Worst co ever. No customer service at all. Id give no stars if I could. We are making our 3rd call in 6m for the same issues! They dont hold up to warranty claims at all.

Worst experience eeeeeever, coming in with little to no experience learning from the lead Techs was nice. However it all went down hill after that... I was informed during a company meeting that all new hires would be getting a raise, the raise was to 18 dollars which I thought was awesome being new, though the lead techs who trained me, I won't be naming any names got no raises and remained at their 16 dollars an hour pay. I don't know about you but to me that's half ass backwards and should be the other way around or so y... read more

Worst experience ever. They don't stand behind their work. A tech came out and replaced a fan motor and in the process dented the access door and didn't put it on all the way because it wouldn't fit. Also he turned the on/off switch to the middle position and my heat wouldn't come on. My son in law figured this out and saved me from having to pay another tech to come out to fix what the first one messed up. The company said they would come and look at it but if something had to be fixed they would charge me. They are crooks.... read more

Terrible company they say a time when will arrive and never do. They dont call to notify you they just do not show. Run the other way and hire any other company. Stuck with them for warranty purposes and the company the builder went with.

Very disappointed with my new home air condition unit (Goodman) installed by Chas Roberts. Three months and our a/c failed. Called at 7:00 am and didn’t get a tech until 8:00. The Temperature was 104 outside and 90 inside. The tech determined the the problem and needed to order part, no parts on truck. Left without leaving us with a/c. Told us they had to order part and they would call us when the part came in. Still without a/c. This is unacceptable. No work around from tech to get our unit working.
