Leslye.. Halifax shopping centre… This has not been the first time we have been in here where she dismissed us. As I did not see her with any customers when I walked into the store just looking to get my ring cleaned she abruptly dismissed me when I said hi, I was looking to get my ring cleaned. I felt embarrassed as I thought I had ruined her day, and left the store immediately and told my husband. The old lady with short hairs was very rude, very poor customer service her behaviour towards me was so rude,I will never go back there agin.
