The old lady with short hairs was very rude, very poor customer service her behaviour towards me was so rude,I will never go back there agin.

Went there to adjust my watch that I bought from Charms at Mic Mac Mall( customer service was awful, never going back there). On Halifax site, I was greeted by very sweet lady, Nawsin. She was very gentle and professional with us. Wonderful customer service.
