The people at this practice work hard and care about their patients--and it shows! I wish they had an office in south Charlotte too.
I had a 7 a.m. appointment to fix a chipped front tooth. I arrived at 7 a.m. and was out the door at 7:25 a.m. without the chip, that front top tooth looking normal again. No dental group in Charlotte does dental care better!
I had an exam with Dr. Rodney today for the first time. I have severe anxiety and need lots of patience and and a gentle approach. Dr. Rodney and everyone who helped me today was genuinely caring and took pains to make me feel at ease. It was a great experience and I felt (for the first time ever while in a dental office) part of a team and not just another patient (or boat payment). Dr Menaker has been my dentist for the past 12 years and I am extremely happy with his care, also the staff that works at his office is very professional and compationate. Laura the dental hygienist is fantastic 👍
Dr. Rodney cemented a crown that had fallen out of my mouth. Friendly staff, short wait time, and thorough explanation of every step of the procedure.

Had a replacement crown done today, comfortable throughout the procedure. Tracy and Dr. Menaker explained everything as they proceded with my care. It took approximately 1 3/4 hours to complete. The staff always exemplifies professionalism and friendliness from the receptionist to the billing personnel. Long time client who would not go anywhere else for dental care!
The new dental technician Brian did a very thorough and professional job and as always the whole entire staff was welcoming and my visit was very positive after being away for over a year.
