great service, very efficient.
I had a crown experience today. Dr, Rodney explained everything each step of the way. She and the hygienist, Amanda, worked well together. I was never in ANY discomfort or pain. We started on-time and finished on-time.
Love Mary and Dr. Rodney! Both so sweet and always happy to help.
It seems that they are always using the latest technology and are always striving to treat the whole individual and not just the teeth. The folks there are great. Always very friendly, asking pertinent questions regarding habits and rely necessary changes in a professional but good-natured manner. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a new dentist, trying to improve your smile and/or you are looking to improve your overall self-esteem. This would be a really good place to try.

I saw Dr. Rodney to discuss an issue. She explained everything and we talked about what needs to be done at a future time. All your employees are always friendly, helpful, and courteous.
I chipped my crown over the weekend, and needed to get a new crown this week before my vacation. I was able to reach Dr. Roddy over the weekend, and had an appointment first thing on Monday. So glad that this office can do same day crown work so I was at my desk by 10 am as if nothing had happened. I LOVE this practice, the dentists and hygenists are excellent and wonderful people. I actually look forward to my appointments.
I have been a patient of Smile Charlotte for about 20 years. I love Dr Menaker and his staff. Most of whom been there as long as I have been a patient. Smile Charlotte is Awesome!
