Very caring with such expertise. I have seen Dr. Rodney and Dr. Menaker both and their main concern is for the patient's best interest. You can totally trust that they are giving an honest diagnosis and options for treatment. They do not try to encourage expensive unnecessary procedures while still being completely thorough with your needs. Their work is is exceptional!
I called as a new patient with a toothache and the receptionist got me in within the next 30 minutes. She was very friendly and patient as I searched to find my insurance call. My experience in the office was the same as on the phone. Everyone was professional and very polite. Dr. Rodney put me at ease and explained everything very clearly. I've found a new dentist and they have exceeded the previous offices that I've dealt with.
I have been a patient of this practice for over 10 years! The doctors are professional, caring and personable. It is a bit of a trip for me from S. Charlotte to come to this office, but the result is always worth it!!
Dr. Menaker, Dr. Rodney and their staff are truly outstanding. Not everyone enjoys going to the dentist, but being in a relaxed atmosphere with smiling employees makes going to the dentist a pleasure.
I arrived early and they took me back 30 minutes prior to my schedule appointment. Dr Rodney was able to reattach my crown in a timely manner and talked me through the entire procedure. I was finished and in my car 10 minutes after my schedule appointment.
I always feel like i am part of a big family when i come to your office. Everyone seems like they are happy to see me. And my services are performed in a professional way and quickly.
My dental hygienist was very thorough.
Went in for my 6 month cleaning. My very loved Pam is away on a mission trip so Nicki worked with me. With a sense of humor much like Pam's Nicki joked with me and put me at ease right away. She did educating as she went along and even gave me a song to help me remember new cleaning tips she was giving me. I appreciated her checking in with me throughout the appointment to make sure I was doing OK. Great addition to the staff.
I am always relieved when Dr. Menaker confirms a problem (especially a painful one) with my teeth. His plan makes sense for me to have a temporary crown put in place, so that we can determine if that will be the solution to my cracked filling. If not, I'll know a root canal may be necessary. I trust Dr. Menaker and happily refer this office to others.
