One of things I appreciate most about SmileCharlotte is their use of technology to set appointments, send appointment reminders, treatment follow-ups, etc. This new Patient Portal is just one more step in allowing patients to participate in treatment options and knowledge without necessarily taking up inordinate staff time. NICELY DONE!
My experiences at Smile Charlotte have been uniformly FUN! Not many folks can say they enjoy going to the dentist but when the staff is personable, professional, and entertaining what else is there to say!
