Excellent ….dr porter is the best . We drive from the villages fl to see dr porter and have for the past 15 years.the hygienist and staff are awesome. Thanks for the great service. You guys rock.
My arrival/referral to Charlotte Dental Arts with Dr. Edwin Porter came in the middle of a major dental project for me. The referring dentist said her investigation revealed he was the "BEST" in his field. During the journey I have found that Dr. Edwin Porter was knowledgeable, professional and meticulous. His support staff was always welcoming, courteous and accommodating. I am appreciative and grateful for the newly created natural smile by Dr. Porter. Thank you for the excellent care throughout the journey.
I have been at Charlotte Dental Arts for years. They have a great staff, top of the line equipment and Dr. Porter does an amazing job. Most of all, however, I have confidence in the outcome. What you don't want is do a procedure that was not needed or have an outcome that wasn't expected, and that is never the case at Charlotte Dental Arts. You can trust in the need and the outcome.
Every interaction with Dr. Porter and his staff has consisted of professional and competent treatment. I highly trust his expertise and recommend him to anyone considering a new dentist.
I do not like going to dentists. Lots of bad memories. I knew I was in good hands when the hygienist didn't make me feel bad for lack of prior cleanings. Dr. Porter had 4 to 5 Novocaine shots into me for the crown I was getting, I honestly didn't feel them. (That is a rare talent btw). When I brought up the idea of removing 2 teeth that were basically unneeded and more a problem that anything else, Dr. Porter reviewed it, and was able to get both pulled. As a physician I can tell you an expert when I meet one. Dr Porter is an oral medicine expert with a fantastic and caring staff. Look no further, he is an excellent and caring dentist.
Today I came in for a routine cleaning ( by Kristen who is exceptional) and she found a questionable area which needed attention! Dr Porter immediately checked it out and said that he could take care of it today for me, and this is exactly why I’ve been a patient of his for years. Dr Porter is a Top Notch physician who always puts the patient first and foremost and provides exceptional treatment by setting up an individual plan of action to resolve what ever the problem may be!
