I've never been disappointed with the office staff, their professionalism and the clinical care provided. Cannot recommend Dr. Ed Porter and his staff highly enough.
Upon arrival, the first thing one notices is how clean and organized the office is. Next is the staff-- friendly, attentive, professional and communicative. Am very pleased to have made the switch in dental care.
To sum up my experience with Charlotte Dental Arts I can use one word, patience. They provide the best treatment I have experienced at a dentist office in my seventy plus years and do so with kindness and extreme patience. Dr Porter and his entire staff go beyond to make me comfortable and well cared for. Highly recommended.
