The staff at Charlotte Dental Arts are very professional, efficient and friendly. They are pro-active about reminding us of appointments and accommodate my husband's and my request to get our appointments at the same time to avoid multiple trips into Charlotte. I would like to start from the initial call to inquire information about getting an appointment for a second opinion consult. The receptionist (my apologies for not remembering your name) was very warm and welcoming she understood my concern. Afterwards, she sent all the necessary info to my email in a timely manner. These guys are great! I've been a patient for over five years and Dr. Porter has done a fantastic job for me. From cleaning to implants, his team is so professional. They make every mile of the trip from Lake Norman to South Charlotte worth it. Very, very happy.

Initial consultation. Dr Porter gave through explanation of decided he would handle the treatment of the two lower molars. After thinking about it for a few days I decided to let him extract them.

It starts with the ladies up front who are professional and always ready for me at check in, to Kristen, my hygienist who makes me comfortable, provides a thorough cleaning and is fun to talk with. Dr Porter is always kind, professional and answers all my questions. I highly recommend Charlotte Dental Arts!

My arrival/referral to Charlotte Dental Arts with Dr. Edwin Porter came in the middle of a major dental project for me. The referring dentist said her investigation revealed he was the "BEST" in his field. During the journey I have found that Dr. Edwin Porter was knowledgeable, professional and meticulous. His support staff was always welcoming, courteous and accommodating. I am appreciative and grateful for the newly created natural smile by Dr. Porter.
