I have been at Charlotte Dental Arts for years. They have a great staff, top of the line equipment and Dr. Porter does an amazing job. Most of all, however, I have confidence in the outcome. What you don't want is do a procedure that was not needed or have an outcome that wasn't expected, and that is never the case at Charlotte Dental Arts. You can trust in the need and the outcome.

I do not like going to dentists. Lots of bad memories. I knew I was in good hands when the hygienist didn't make me feel bad for lack of prior cleanings. Dr. Porter had 4 to 5 Novocaine shots into me for the crown I was getting, I honestly didn't feel them. (That is a rare talent btw). When I brought up the idea of removing 2 teeth that were basically unneeded and more a problem that anything else, Dr. Porter reviewed it, and was able to get both pulled. As a physician I can tell you an expert when I meet one. Dr Porter is an oral medicine expert with a fantastic and caring staff. Look no further, he is an excellent and caring dentist.

Today I came in for a routine cleaning ( by Kristen who is exceptional) and she found a questionable area which needed attention! Dr Porter immediately checked it out and said that he could take care of it today for me, and this is exactly why I’ve been a patient of his for years. Dr Porter is a Top Notch physician who always puts the patient first and foremost and provides exceptional treatment by setting up an individual plan of action to resolve what ever the problem may be! Rather than using prose, I'll use adjectives to describe my experience: friendly people, spotless office, always on-time, provide detailed explanations of the procedure to be used "in laymen's language", certainly NOT your typical dentist's office!!

Had a tooth removed today and DDR Edwin Porter is one of the best dentist I have ever used .If you need Dental work done you should go see him and his staff they are so nice.
