They had alot of knowledge of the vehicles, very helpful didnt have to wait for hours. I contacted them online prior to my visit and they had the car ready and warmed up for my test drive. So glad I went to them.
We came in just to start looking at cars. My husband and son ended up each buying one. Jay, our salesman, was awesome. Very nice, warm, fun and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him at Charlie's!
