I recently purchased a 2016 Subaru Outback. Everyone from Janie Mayo, to George Main, to Ryan Fortin treated me with the utmost respect. They were kind, courteous, and helpful throughout the process. Ryan spent a lot of time going over things on the new vehicle with me, and that is not an easy task, as me and electronics do not get along well! Buying a new vehicle is always a difficult thing for me to do, but Charlie's team made it much more endurable. Thank you all for being there for me.
I used to get great service from this place. That was until I recently got into an accident. I'm leasing a 2015 legacy that I love and was unfortunately in an accident. While I'm waiting for repairs I do not have a car. I asked for a loaner just until I get my car back. They were not willing to help me the least bit either here or the colission center. I bring my car there for ALL services it needs and they can't even help with a simple loaner while they have my car for a MONTH! They had no sympathy that I have no car to get... read more

Suck a joke. Cant help with a loaner car after getting a thirty thousand dollar car from them.
I only buy my vehicles at Charlie's, and I've bought many! Their sales Dept go above and beyond, service is great and timely as well. All of the team at each dealership are awesome, but we ALWAYS buy from Mark "Baggler" Eichenbaum. He's honest, genuine, and there for you 100%! You can't go wrong!! They are right when they say "come join the family!"
I buy all my Subaru's here. Try it you'll like it.

I had a problem with my engine light, the same problem I had in Fl. There the service manager went under the dash and made an adjustment , told me I was good to go , never charged me and I was good to go. Charlie's told me they couldn't possibly look at it today and that I couldn't get an appt. until next Monday.......a 2 minute fix that a service manager can make.....really?!?!??!??! Really disappointed with the service!!!
Took great care of a sudden "check engine" light issue - on a Saturday, no appointment, and closing an hour from when I got there. Awesome service - thanks guys!!!
