My husband and I went in today and purchased a Subaru from Nick. The whole experience was quick and painless! He was great to work with, the manager was great, and finance was awesome! I’d highly recommend them if you’re looking for a laid back no pressure car buying experience.

This dealership sucks after getting approval on a vehicle drove an hour to pick it up only to arrive and find out they sold it to someone else. Ashton is a piss poor salesman as well as their sales manager that did nothing Again do t trust these people

Had a great experience working with the sales team at Charlie's Subaru. Was en route to Boston on a business trip and had decided to stop into Charlie's to look at a low-mileage 2010 Forester. Loved the car and bought it the same day. Then the hard part. How to get it back to Eastport Maine, a 4 hour drive. BUT, no worries. I needed a new car ASAP and didn’t have much for a trade in. They lined me up some cars to test drive within 24 hours of me contacting them and I left with the perfect car for me within two hours! Clean reliable and within my budget. Great staff- friendly courteous and personable! Huge thanks to Ashton and Kevin for making my car purchase so easy !
1 star... sales manager was horrible... service was 5 stars (no way to do 2 reviews) as I was getting my oil changed . Wanted to speak with a senior salesman and the sales manager was going to refer me to someone else as they were already speaking with other customers... I was willing to wait. I guess I'll see what Pape or Patriots has to offer.
