Everyone at Charlie’s was so kind and extremely helpful. They worked hard to get us into the car we really wanted by working (and re-working) the numbers, so that we could drive away with huge smiles on our faces. Added benefits included 3 Chew-baru dog toys and an additional donation given to the local animal shelter This is the second car we have gotten at Charlie’s, and it won’t be our last. Satisfied

Cody got me into a really nice car! A couple weeks later it got backed into. Took it to Charlie's Collison center, and they took care of everything in a timely and professional manner! Definately recommend these guys!! so pumped to have my car back!
Awful experience. They are more concerned with you financing their overpriced cars through them than actually helping you buy a car. I felt like I needed a shower after dealing with Kevin all morning—what a colossal waste of time. Could not have been less helpful. Told me we needed to keep the ball rolling on the financing before even showing me the Carfax. Would not recommend to anyone, just steer clear.
I had a great experience working with Melissa Devault! She treated me with so much respect and care as I worked to trade in my lease for a new Subaru. She was extremely professional during the process! I hope to have the opportunity to work with Melissa again!!!!! Thank you Melissa!
