I just bought a new 2017 Forester and I have to say that everyone at the dealership was very accommodating and professional. My sales representative Kevin Baker was extremely helpful during the sales process. All my questions were answered very well and I even had a chance to talk with Charlie Shuman. Charlie's never disappoints. On this occasion, I was in because of the windshield wiper recall, and added an oil change while checking in. I was in and out in under an hour, Ronald was very helpful, and there you are. Well done.
I have doing business with Charles for several years now. I am satisfied with the service. I recently purchased a 2016 Forrester from Ryan Fortin and he was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The buying and loan process took a little time, which I expected, but all in all I feel it was worth it. Thank you and I look forward to the same friendly service that I have always had from Charlie's.
I had some work done there. Oil change, air and cabin filters etc. Also the fuel door never worked right. I had them fix it and they dented the outer door. Of course they deny it. Hey it was an accident on there part and they won't fix it. I think any regular service I need will be done else ware.
