prime rib dinner was very good and reasonably priced
it was the worst it's ever been. service was mediocre at best. did was horrible for the third time we'r have been there. order was wrong asked for it to be corrected attitude. everything was cold. got the combo plate large one and there wasn't enough meat to make a decent sandwich. got the sausages as well they were ice cold and barely cooked. Judy will find somewhere else to go i guess. definitely not the old Charlie's. yes it's fancier but the food isn't close
Everyone there is awesome. Food is delicious with generous portions! The wait staff are friendly and on top of things. Max was our waiter last night and he was superior!!! The brisket is amazing!
I found the staff so awesome, very friendly and helpful. The food was top of the line. Love the brisket and everything. It will definitely be a special date place to take my wonderful wife. Our waiter was more awesome, he happy and funny. I can’t enough good things about everything at Charlie and Jakes . Thank you for an awesome evening.

This is the best place to catch some food and drinks beachside. Service is always on point and everyone has a smile. Especially Megan, she has my drinks waiting when I walk in. They make you feel welcome every time. Needs to be a place visited by all.
there were on top of it from drinks to appetizers all the way to the main course excellent service very beautiful waitresses all around professional great service I'm definitely going to go back there
