Charlie & Jake’s missed the mark tonight, by a wide margin. We were seated, but ignored for over 10 minuets, and the reason, the waitress didn’t know she had a table. Drinks took a LONG time to arrive, we ordered appetizers, but no cutlery or plates were provided, and even after speaking with a manager, who apologized, nothing changed. We just left, we didn’t even order dinner, we couldn’t, our menus were taken by the waitress after the drinks were ordered. My husband got the fried chicken sandwich chicken was over cooked all the buns were cold👎🏼 I got fries as my side took 15 minuets to get ketchup by then fries were cold took forever to get my second beer and it wasn't very busy.
Great food and service! Brisket is delicious and the ribs fall off the bone!

Good food and service. The wings are good. We find ourselves going there a couple times a week. The bbq is great and the mac and cheese w/burnt ends are too
