First time at Charlie & Jake's as we are from Windsor, Ontario vacationing in Florida and we'll go back before we head home to Canada.
after waiting 90 minutes for our food the waiter came and told me what I ordered was no longer available.
Left after 45 minutes waiting for our food because it never came.
Do yourself a favor. Go get treated to a smoky old fashioned from Ashley. Watching the drink being concocted is hypnotic and one drink feels like a spell has been cast that makes it seem downright futile not to have a second. The process is artistic, the result is legendary, and the rapport with Ashley was nothing short of divine. My first experience out in awhile, and I want nothing more than to hang a u-ee and grab a third libation. Cheers. Thanks for the dreamy and magical amidst the bland and mundane. -Brandon
great food so fast service we will be back we love this place
This place is hit or miss. Last time we went it was good, although my burnt ends were overcooked, the service from the bartender was great. However this time was not so great. I think it was the staff, they certainly didn't deserve the tip I left. The food order was wrong when we got it, and the service was just piss poor. I sat there waiting when I could have been offered another rounds of drinks while waiting for my food... They definitely missed this time.
