This morning my mother took my vehicle for my first oil change and she was delighted with the superb customer service from the person that helped her. Unfortunately she did not catch the name of the person that helped her but this happened between 7:45 AM and 8AM. Excellent customer service!! 110% Happy and Satisfied!! Great Cars , Great Warranties. Tried the others and after going to Charlie Clark I wouldn't go anywhere else. Looking for a good sales person I highly recommend Christopher Flores and management Lino Flores.
I like there service and the food they provide to there customers. But they charge too much for equipment they need for there car they wanted to charge me 500 for an axle that my car needed when I can get it cheaper online.
