A nightmare with the customer service. I have had issues with my vehicle since day one they can’t fix it they don’t keep up with the days they say it will be fixed. Had to pay out of my own pocket to get issues fixed w a promise they would reimburse me which was another lie. Came back at a set time and date they again lied about having a rental ready for me, ruining my day plans. Will never ever recommend it or buy again from Charlie Clark.

hace 2 semanas saque un carro ahí según ellos aprobado x el banco el día de ayer me hablaron con engaños. que mi firma no estaba muy legible. pero cuando llegue me dijieon que no estaba aprobado según el banco se equivocó y no fue aprobado dicho crédito. siendo que tuve que regresar el carro.
