There customer service is awesome n everyone is friendly n they go out of there way to help every customer...the only down side is the finance Dept they take forever I would suggest that they need more people in there finance Dept...

I had what one would say a HORRIBLE experience with finance department at Charlie Clark. However, after the situation came into the hands of the District Manager and Finance Director, everything was fixed, and I can finally enjoy my 2020 Nissan Murano. My advice to Ms. Ruiz, is to be kind, to treat customers ALL customers with respect. All I wanted was a good buying experience, instead it was a long week of not knowing what was going on. Los carros estan muy bonitos, pero el servicio al cliente esta terrible enpezando desde el sales man, finances hasta el manager, muy despotas y prepotentes hasta parece que ellos te estan comprando el carro, en vez de tener una experience agradable al comprar un vehiculo se vilvio en una verdadera pesadilla con estos tipos que no tienen nada de cortecia ni amabilidad...si van a comprar un vehiculo les recomiendo que eviten este lugar...
