Billy Brooks is the best Salesman ever. he has Been my salesman since I bought my first one in 2011. ever since if I had a problem or needed something. Great deal financing worked hard to get lowest apr and monthly payment. Explaining everything to me so very happy . He was very friendly and welcoming, knowledgeable.

I purchased a new car from Charlie. I've purchased new cars in the past (from other dealers) and have never experienced the level of customer service I received from the time I walked into Mike's place! Charlie was extremely helpful and listened to everything I said and didn't say. I left with a vehicle that I love, at a price that I could afford! Justin, Charlie, and Chris were amazing! They all went above and beyond for me and I couldn't be happier! I would recommend this dealership to everyone!

If I was to say the service was amazing it would be an understatement. Floor crew was welcoming and so friendly. They are very quick and efficient. Answered all the questions before I even asked, and made sure to go into details about everything necessary. All in all 10/10 experience, I had been to dealerships the hole week and they were the first ones to genuinely try and help my situation and got things to my circumstances. After, my Murano was totalled due to a car accident 3 years ago, and I spent all day looking for a used car the guys at Bill Dodge Nissan in Saco worked with us to get me into a leased 2017 Rogue, which we returned today! The return process was beyond quick and easy, and if it wasn't for upgrading to a Yukon from Bill Dodge Westbrook to accommodate our growing family we would of considered doing further business with the Saco location!

Their service department lied and tried to swindle $3,000 of unnecessary work from us. Good thing we were smart enough to get a 2nd opinion. Of course, when we said we were getting a 2nd opinion, they did a shoddy job of putting our SUV back together and could have caused a catastrophic failure on our front end. 🤬 Beware!!!
