I've purchased new cars in the past (from other dealers) and have never experienced the level of customer service I received from the time I walked into Mike's place! Charlie was extremely helpful and listened to everything I said and didn't say. I left with a vehicle that I love, at a price that I could afford! Justin, Charlie, and Chris were amazing! They all went above and beyond for me and I couldn't be happier! I would recommend this dealership to everyone!

RecommendedIf I was to say the service was amazing it would be an understatement. Floor crew was welcoming and so friendly. They are very quick and efficient. Answered all the questions before I even asked, and made sure to go into details about everything necessary. RecommendedAfter, my Murano was totalled due to a car accident 3 years ago, and I spent all day looking for a used car the guys at Bill Dodge Nissan in Saco worked with us to get me into a leased 2017 Rogue, which we returned today! The return process was beyond quick and easy, and if it wasn't for upgrading to a Yukon from Bill Dodge Westbrook to accommodate our growing family we would of considered doing further business with the Saco location!

Their service department lied and tried to swindle $3,000 of unnecessary work from us. Good thing we were smart enough to get a 2nd opinion. Of course, when we said we were getting a 2nd opinion, they did a shoddy job of putting our SUV back together and could have caused a catastrophic failure on our front end. 🤬 Beware!!!
