We arrived at the dealership to pass five individuals waiting to pounce, but quickly they figured out we were going around to the service department. We had scheduled an appointment for Saturday morning for a recall repair. We arrived only to be told they didn’t have the part (third time the hood latch has been recalled). We asked why an appointment was scheduled. She said she didn’t know and she was sorry. I felt badly for the receptionist because you could tell this happens all the time...she didn’t even try to make excuse... read more
