Paid cash for a 2020 Murano. Brand new. Carpets were all ripped and loose. Also, car was filthy. Could barely see out windows and grease spots on moon roof cover. No resolution. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

RecommendedMy daughter just turned 21 and wanted a new car. This was going to be her first adult purchase on her own.. Our salesman Mr Billy Brooks made this happen for her. It was a pleasure dealing with him . Everyone was so nice and even other salesman congratulated her on her purchase. It was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone.

When you were here last, in May 2020, we performed an audio system update, which we assumed fixed your audio issue since you have not contacted us since then. Today is the first time you've brought up the speedometer and locking issues. Since your vehicle is outside of your warranty period, a fee is required to diagnose your vehicle's issues.
