Test drove the 2021 Rogue in December and decided to buy but it wouldn't be until January. Bought a used car there last year that said it had a 100 point inspection and was a great car, Nissan Rogue. 1 month later I had to buy new brakes and pads and rotor. The rearview mirror falls off and hits the driver randomly as your driving on the highway. Now, it needs an alignment and the fuel injection system is bad...they’re recommended repairs will be $300+ and of course nothing is covered by the warranty we purchased. Classic screw job by an auto sales business.

The staff were great! They treated me very well and made sure that I knew where to go for what. From the sales person to the finance department, they were amazing people. I didn’t feel like just another customer, rather as a friend that was learning and being led towards what I wanted. They made sure to get to know me as a person, find out what qualities I wanted in a vehicle, got to know my preferences in general....and ended up walking out with a better vehicle than I had ever anticipated me having. Worst customer service ever! Needed recall parts and ball pin broke when they were working on it! Ended up paying $464 for a repair that happened under their supervision. Waited 6 Hours without anyone offering to give the free shuttle home. This was my only experience here, will NEVER recommend or return here!!!!
