My experience with the dealership was fine till I needed my license plates. I’m from CT & drove to Ramsey because they had the best price on a Rogue. When it came time to get my new CT plates, the dealership wanted another $12 to mail them to me. The dealership must be in some hard financial times & can’t afford the $12. This after I left the dealer with a 1/2 tank of gas in a new car. I tried dealing with my Salesman Alex but he wanted nothing to do with it, I tried calling the general Mgr. He never called me back. RecommendedMy experience at Trophy Nissan Mesquite was surprisingly very pleasant. It was not the typical car-buying experience. Far less buying pressure than I had experienced in the past at other dealerships. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure our experience was a good one. I highly recommend them!

Just had a less than satisfactory call a with Tim Frederick @ Kocourek Kia about their lack of COVID safety for customers who need to wait while our cars are serviced. Contactless drop off is not an option in the Winter. Neither is riding in a shuttle van with a total stranger when COVID numbers are climbing in Marathon Cty...not safe for the riders and not safe for the van driver.
