Horrible customer service! I turned in a leased vehicle and purchased a new vehicle in July. Dealer “bought out my lease” and was to make the remaining payments and end of lease fees. In October I started receiving mail and calls from Nissan Motor Corp stating I owed almost $1300 in fees/payments. I spoke with Ed Martin Nissan dealership multiple times via telephone and text. I have honestly never dealt with such an amazing and kind dealership in my life ! They never pushed me or forced me into anything I couldn’t afford or didn’t want. Didn’t try to pull anything over my eyes and were very upfront. I would 100% go back and send others to them !

I took my car in for a special to change oil and rotate tires, all of the employees are friendly and helpful. When they called to say my car was ready, I was informed that it was no charge because it’s the first time I’ve taken this car in for service at Gunn!! Doesn’t get better than that! They also have a real good selection of free coffee, hot chocolate, etc. , nice waiting area and clean restrooms.
