Almost 3 months later and I still can’t get my gap insurance proration refund Of course I had to go in to sign the paper and then I had to beg for the effective date to be the date of the pay off (which is not usual) on top of that I’ve called left messages and nobody can seem to call me back worst dealership ever !
The "fresh start program " is an absolute joke! They tell you that to get you in the door! They wanted to give me a 26% interest rate on a 14,000 dollar car.. after they had to run my credit, but yet its a fresh start program 🙄 The way my fiance and I were treated tonight was absolutely ridiculous! They retracted on a deal because of a mistake THEY made! HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER!!! We also will be contacting a general manager about tonights encounter!!! I rented a car from them and I excused the empty tank and dirty car still had a cell phone in it and scratch off lottery tickets so obviously they did nothing to clean the car during Covid but then I end up in the side of the road with 3 kids in the car because the tires are in such terrible condition and to top it off no jack in the car.... I can’t wait to return them their vehicle in the morning do not rent from them. Fair WARNING
