I think that they are very underhanded and a very deceiving company. I have been a customer for 3.5 years and found out today that I am under a 5 yr. contract with them. They came and installed a newer system after my old system had a lot of glitches. When I signed the front of the work sheet I had no idea that a contract obligation was on the back. The customer service is the best part of the company. I had my first issue with our electronic access system and they talked me though how to bypass it and then were at my door before 8am to fix it. Not to mention, emails, calls, and even text messages are always responded to immediately. Plus, locally owned and operated, there isn't a reason to try anyone else.
Great company to do business with extremely satisfied!
