They were preemptive and let me know that my system needed service and updating. Very efficient and professional. I would highly recommend them.
Who has the best Security System? I set the alarm off last week accidentally and no call. So, today I set it off on purpose. No call. I called in. An electronic system put me on hold for almost 13 minutes. The live person asked the reason for my call! WTH? This is Charleston Security Systems! Right now they are in deep ——- in my book. Recommendations? They are going to be fired from their contract. This is not the first trouble I have had.

The customer service was amazing. My technician Rick was very knowledgeable and helpful during the installation process. I have a difficult schedule they came by Monday for a consultation and set an appointment for Wednesday for installation. The best locally owned security company I’ve ever came across there isn't a reason to try anyone else.
