I have a file on my problems with this company, stemming from the previous owner. They fired the two incompetents only after they installed my equipment. I am still dealing with their incompetence 31/2 years later. No one ever mentioned that I had signed a 5 year contract. It was conveniently on the back side of the work order that I signed. Now they want $720 to get out of the contract.
