One of the worst HOA management company you will see in North Carolina. I have had interactions with them few times now, and they are not going to help at all. They won't send mails/emails on time, no response and they will charge late fees and fines to extract money when its their fault. Unfortunately even after so many negative reviews, Lennar is using them.
HOAs are usually horrible and I was hesitant about Charleston when we first moved in, but, Jeania has restored my faith. She goes above and beyond for our community by addressing concerns promptly and keeping it safe for our families. I agree with the review below.. she definitely deserves all the recognition and praise. We are so grateful for Ms.Jeania!! 🖤
