On June 26, 2025, a large rotted 40-foot tree fell entirely in the HOA-owned common area near a children’s swing set—on a calm afternoon, not during a storm. Randomly serving violations to homeowners, some board members enjoy special privileges of literally not taking their trash receptacles back for days do not receive any violations and they are let to keep their holiday lights up all year round ,while other homeowners are sent violations and threatened with fines for rolling trash receptacles a couples of hours early on the day before trash pick up day and violations sent to homeowner who had a surgery to remove his holiday lights while board members are permitted to have ligh... read more
They fired my girlfriend only a week after hiring her. The reason? She was told she wasn’t taking enough training notes (really?!) despite the fact they admitted that they screwed her training up yet it’s somehow her fault. Will never do business with this horrible company.
