These clowns literally make up fake violations and have no evidence to describe what needs to be mitigated. It's impossible to solve a violation when there is no violation...
Masters of work avoidance. If you need help with something in the community, it's not their job. But they'll be happy to write you up if your daffodils are the wrong shade of green. They arbitrarily and selectively apply the covenants. Your neighbor can build his retaining wall 5 ft. closer to you and in direct violation of the signed agreements, but darn if those daffodils will go unpunished.
I have complained multiple times that for me this is a personal safety hazard. I should not have to walk awkwardly to peek around a bush (making sure no one is hiding behind it) before I step on my doorstep. While our Hoa’s continue to go up, the quality of what’s being done has dropped significantly.
TERRIBLE - It makes no sense that I pay $130 month/$1,560 year HOA Fees for landscaping with no actual landscaping done. My yard is so ugly it has no grass and after multiple complaints I was told grass couldn't grow in the area but grass was there when I moved in so I don't believe it! And nothing else has been done for years.
