Management of our neighborhood has been consistently disappointing. Yanissa, in particular, has not been responsive or helpful in addressing community needs. Her involvement seems limited to monthly drive throughs to issue violations such as visible trashcans without making an effort to walk the neighborhood or support the HOA in filling vacant positions. The situation has deteriorated to the point where the HOA president resigned, citing frustration with her handling of community affairs.
Cannot get anyone to call me back about adding a fence to my yard. They allowed my neighbor to put up a fence without a signature from us but require that we get one from them?!
Received trash can violation on recycling pick-up day. If I’m not supposed to leave trash can outside how are they gonna to pick up my trash?! Worst management company
The absolute worst HOA management company. Unresponsive, disengaged, noticeably absent in the basic responsibilities, and a complete waste of money. It’s a shame the BoD’s keeps using them, but they’re as useless too.
