Quite possibly the worst HOA company I’ve ever dealt with. They are the reason people hate HOA. The management is useless and very rude and you get fines or violations for the most ridiculous things. If we didn’t love our home so much, we’d move mainly due to this company. I feel like giving them one star is too generous.

The management company has provided materially false information in their correspondence citing they are writing to me “again”. The previous “letter” was MONTHS before I owned the home and not addressed to me. If you’re going to lie about something so simple then how can we trust you.
You pay for HOA fees with the management company refusing to do upkeep cleaning area around bushes. The contract states clearly the outside is their responsibility. This company needs to be closed as they refuse to do their job.
