I had no problem with the actual sevices rendered or Dr Morris. He was awesome. The only problem I had was with the billing department not getting factual information to me in regards to the cost. Received an additional bill that made my total out of pocket almost 3X the amount I was advised of before the procedure.
RecommendedExcellent service. Dr Justin McAbee was excellent as well as being extremely friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend Dr. McAbee along with Dr Jason Solomon, who referred me. Best care in Charleston 👍👍👍
What a wonderful place of business! 10/10 would definitely go again :) My interactions with the dental assistants (Melissa and Haley), Dr. Morris, and the front desk staff was always pleasant. To top it all off, they were all considerate, personable, attentive individuals who do a fantastic job of keeping their clients both comfortable and informed. My 14 year old daughter was seen this morning for a root canal. She has extreme anxiety and it’s taken a year to get her in to have it done because I couldn’t get her to let anyone do anything to her teeth. Melissa, Dr. Morris, and the staff were amazing. I cannot say enough about the compassion shown to my child. We’ve seen other endodontists around town who brushed off her anxiety. If you have dental anxiety, this is the place to be. Highly skilled and compassionate, comfortable procedure. Most people, including me,are apprehensive about root canals but my experience was a pleasant surprise and I went on my way in comfort.
Dr McAbee and staff are excellent - made getting a root canal a mild experience. Very kind, caring and patient oriented. I would whole heartedly recommend them.
