I visited the WA office for an early morning procedure. The staff was kind and caring- Dr. Steinkruger and his assistant, Jennifer, were awesome! They explained the entire procedure to me and made sure I was comfortable along the way. What could have been a difficult experience was actually the opposite.
I was so nervous and stressed out but at the Summerville location, Dr. Justin McAbee was fantastic. He was thorough. He explained every step of the process and let me know what was going on throughout. He really helped out with the nervousness and the root canal didn’t take as long or hurt like I thought it would. I was highly impressed!!!!
Just had a root canal procedure performed by Dr. Morris and great assistant. My first one and to tell you the truth, I was nervous because it involved drilling through a bridge. But no problem whatsoever. Dr Morris did a phenomenal job! Great dentist and staff............but, I hope I never have to see you again!!!! Great job and thank you all very much. TD
Not gonna lie, the first time I read the details of the root canal procedure I dang near had a panic attack. The actual experience is not nearly as bad as what I imagined. Dr. Wiggins and staff are phenomenal. Caring, funny, kind. I had two root canals to treat a childhood injury that had never been properly cared for, popped a Motrin, and went on with my day. I have always had anxiety about going to the dentist and about root canals! Dr. Steinkruger and his assistant, Jennifer, were awesome! They explained everything to me, made sure I was comfortable and were able to help me relax! Two teeth had to have root canals! Best dental experience I’ve ever had. Jennifer is a sweetheart and the best dental assistant that has ever worked on me! I would highly recommend this group! Especially Dr. Steinkruger and Jennifer!
Nice quaint office with the most polite staff. They wanted to make sure I was comfortable, informed, and that I knew what to expect. If I ever have to have a root canal again this is the place I would go to. I would recommend my friends and family or even people looking for an endodontist. I was able to listen to my pandora on my cordless headphone or they provide headphones. Thanks guys, great experience.
I had a really bad experience with a dentist in the past which left me very traumatized. From the moment I walked in the door, Dr. McAbee & Sam made me feel so comfortable! They explained the procedure and checked on me every couple minutes until they were done. I was able to listen to my music and totally relax knowing I was in good hands! They were done so fast and never hurt me once which means a lot to me! I appreciate their care and concern and would definitely recommend Charleston Endodontics to anyone.
