Once I got to the back everyone was extremely professional. ...Both ladies i saw prior to the doctor were very nice.....Dr Dietrich made me feel comfortable....He was also nice & professional. THE FRONT RECEPTIONIST WAS VERY RUDE. SHE DID NOT GREET ME UPON ENTERING THE PRACTICE AND DID NOT ACKNOWLEDGE ME WHILE I WAITING IN LINE FOR 6 MINUTES WHILE SHE WAS OVERLY CHATTY WITH THE PEOPLE SHE WAS SERVING! OVERALL MY EXPERIENCE WAS PLEASANT
Took my 16 year old here yesterday for a food allergy test. We did not even have to wait 5 minutes before they called us back. The nurse doing the vitals was quick and efficient. The PA that administered the allergy test told us exactly what to expect and eased my son's anxiety. Dr. Davidson spoke with us both before and after the test was administered and explained everything fully and we never felt rushed. Everyone we were in contact with was extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this practice!!
I took my 2 year old in for our first visit this week- the staff was so friendly and went out of their way to make the visit as painless as possible. We met Dr. Dietrich- he acted like he had all the time in the world to spend with us. He even called me at home after our appointment to review lab work. Highly recommend this practice!
My daughter saw Dr.Harper and he explained everything and the nurse was very nice
